When you make a payment via credit card on this site, we record your name, contact information, and the list of wines you have selected for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We record your date of birth to comply with the Liquor Licensing Act 1990. Your IP address is recorded for fraud prevention purposes.

We ask for your credit card information to process the payment in real time. Craigow Vineyard uses Stripe for its online credit card transactions. Your credit card number never touches our server and your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Craigow Vineyard staff or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

Our website is securely hosted in Australia by Webmistress. When you visit this website traffic information is logged which includes your IP address, date and time, type of web browser, and pages accessed. Logs are processed by our website provider for security and reliability purposes, are stored in a secure environment, and are deleted within one month.
